In this regard, the local government has increased policy support to assist enterprises in technological transformation, accelerate industrial platform construction, and deepen the expansion of trade markets. By developing market procurement trade and cross-border e-commerce, the local government has stabilized the foundation of foreign trade, facilitated industrial circulation, and constructed a new pattern for the development of the toy industry. It is understood that in the first three quarters of 2021, the output value of the toy industry above designated size in Chenghai District was 9.296 billion yuan.
